BAY AREA’S OWN ANA JULATON HONORED & BENEFIT PARTY IN SF
The Bay Area’s own Ana ‘Hurricane’ Julaton received a major honor over the weekend as she received a personal letter of recognition from Philippines President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo at San Francisco City Hall. A very emotional and tear filled Julaton was completely surprised and was speechless at this very rare recognition by one of the most powerful leaders in the world. “I’m speechless… I’m at a loss for words.” said Julaton. San Francisco’s Mayor Gavin Newsom also made October 29th 2009 Ana Julaton Day!
A humble Julaton stated that she will continue to use her Championship to bring awareness and help raise funds for the Typhoon relief efforts. Ana will be having a benefit party this Friday November 6th at http://www.sutrasf.com/home/index.html 443 Broadway San Francisco, CA 94133 1(415)788-0228. In association with the FAAE (Filipino American Arts Exposition) all ticket proceeds to this event will go Typhoon Relief efforts.
9pm to 11pm will be a meet and greet with our Champion and a special screening of the World Championship fight. 11pm to 1am there will be a party with special performances by local artist.
